Returns & Replacement


● Merchandise may be returned if customer calls within 2 business days of receiving merchandise.

● All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

● All merchandise must be returned in original factory packaging. All returns are subject to inspection to insure original condition

● Customer is responsible for any cost incurred to return merchandise to Furniturewares warehouse.

Damages and Defects

● If the merchandise we deliver has a defect or missing parts our manufacturers and suppliers warranties are applicable. We will replace the damaged or missing item at no cost to our customer.

● Damaged item will be replaced with a new one of the same model.

● Furniturewares will order replacement parts in a timely fashion.

● All Merchandise is inspected and is received in good condition prior to pick up

● Any merchandise damage claims must be made within 7 business days of delivery.
